A vast and powerful array of interactive online services is offered to keep each client on track with their fitness goals after the initial three months of intense program involvement.

Our revolutionary online interactive fitness service, combined with one-to-one coaching, enables personal trainers to support and maintain those health and fitness gains from the last 12 weeks.

You will be are paired with a personal fitness coach, who will remain with you throughout the coaching/training process. Communication between you and your personal coach/trainer can be as often as needed and is determined on an individual basis. Communication can range from every day to once per week or less by email, journal or a combination of both.

In addition, your coach has the expertise to create a new health and fitness or wellness program that meets your needs and offers:
