As a participant you and your ONLINE Certified Personal Trainer will focus on four key components of health and fitness:

• Nutrition
• Rest

Strength Training is the key to building muscle and is the key to the fat burning process:
• The more muscle you have
• The faster your metabolism, the faster your metabolism

• The healthier you are, the healthier you are the better you look and feel
Your trainer will also instruct you on how best to incorporate your cardiovascular training to improve your overall health, burn the most fat and optimize your time in the gym. Cardiovascular training is not only extremely effective in reducing body fat - it reduces the risk of heart disease, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels and improves energy and vitality.
Proper nutrition is just as important as strength and cardiovascular training. Your online trainer will educate you with proven, healthy nutritional guidelines and suggestions that will be vital to transforming your appearance and most importantly are key in improving your overall health.
During the time that you are eating and sleeping is when real results and gains are made.

Our revolutionary online interactive fitness service, combined with one to one coaching, enables personal trainers to support and maintain those health and fitness gains over the last 12 weeks.
You will be are paired (or continue with) your own coach who will remain with you throughout the entire coaching process. Communication between you and your personal coach can be as often as needed and is determined on an individual basis. Communication can range from every day to once per week or less by email, journal or a combination of both.
In addition, your coach can create a new health and fitness or wellness program that meets your needs and offers:
